Registration fee (in euros):

Until September, 1st:

• Online and traditional participation: Countries in Latin America *: 175 € / Other countries: 225 €
• Online participation only: Latin American countries *: 75 € / Other countries: 125 €

After September, 1st:

• Online and traditional participation: Countries in Latin America *: 200 € / Other countries: 250 €
• Online participation only: Countries in Latin America *: 100 € / Other countries: 150 €

* This includes all American countries except the United States and Canada. The country of the participant and, therefore, registration fees, will be determined by the postal address indicated in the registration form. The participation certificate and the conference dvd will be sent to this address.

The registration fee includes:

In the online participation option:

• Online participation for the duration of the conference (10 to 30 October). This includes 24 hour access to the presentations platform in order to discuss them.
• Lecture presentations with slides and video on the platform (see Guidelines for authors).
• Mailing of certificate of participation in the conference (as an assistant or as a speaker).
• Mailing of a DVD with all conference papers.
• Participation in voting for the best online submission, with the chance to win prizes from our sponsors.

In the traditional participation option:

• Everything mentioned for the online option.
• Attendance at all lectures, papers and conferences and news.
• Lunch on the 21st.
• Presentations in the conference venue (see Guidelines for authors).
• Coffee-breaks on the 21st and 22nd .
• Cultural activity on the 20th.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account detailed below. Once the transfer is necessary to scan the bank receipt (in pdf, jpeg, jpg or png) and send it along with your personal information through this form [link removed].

Changes and cancellations:

All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail to XXXXXXXXXXX@cite2011.com [email disabled], with the title “Changes and cancellations”.

• Cancellations received before 30th September 2011, a fee of 50 euros will be charged.
• Cancellations received after 20th October 2011, no refund.
• Refunds will be processed a month afther the conference.
• All the bank transfer cost have to be paid by participant.

Payment deadline of registration is October 20th at the Congress.
We remind you that your registration will be valid once you have submitted proof of payment to the technical secretary, throught the website.
